Document that Oracle Xstream emits DBMS_LOB method calls as separate events

    Description

      In DBZ-4366, the LogMiner adapter was adjusted to emit multiple LOB_WRITE events that consisted of separate calls to the DBMS_LOB package as a single event. Unfortunately, this behavior differs from that of Xstream and ideally we either need document this nuance in the documentation section about Xstream.
