Mark incompatible Xstream tests as LogMiner only

    Description

      In DBZ-4366 we introduced some tests and they were not tested with Xstream. They create test failures and as such, they need to be marked LogMiner only. These tests have expectations that cannot be satisfied by Oracle Xstream.
