Can't seem to get the EventRouter to work for SqlServer

I can't seem to get the EventRouter to work against SQL Server

I get the initial snapshot, but no further events as data is inserted into the outbox.

The topic names I set are ignored, it uses defaults.

And the messages are not transformed before sending to the kafka topic, it's just the raw Debezium before and after fields.
