OracleConnectorIT - two tests fail when using Xstream

    Description

      The two tests added for DBZ-3611 fail with Xstream:

      OracleConnectorIT#shouldSafelySnapshotAndStreamWithDatabaseIncludeList
      OracleConnectorIT#shouldSafelySnapshotAndStreamWithDatabaseExcludeList

      This is because they use the method waitForCurrentScnToHaveBeenSeenByConnector which is only compatible with LogMiner since the SCN isn't updated in the same way when using Xstream.
