Downstream test for outbox event routing SMT

Test the outbox event routing SMT in a downstream smoke test:

• Configure the connector
• Create an outbox table in the structure described in the docs
• Do an insert in that outbox table
• Assert the outbox event is routed to the right topic

In particular, this should make sure that this SMT can be used without the OpenTracing integration (as we don't have these JARs in the downstream image).
