Possible OutOfMemoryError with tracking schema changes

The recentlyEmittedDdls collection in the TransactionalBuffer will have schema changes added to it continuously over the lifetime of the connector, leading to potential OutOfMemoryError depending on the number schema changes and runtime duration of the connector.
