Protect release from using invalid version name

When the release pipeline is execute the list of issues is extracted from Jira and later on closed and the release is closed too.

Unfortunately when the issues are retrieved the version search is canse insensitive so when a release (in Jira) is named like 1.7.0.FINAL then everything goes as it should till the release is going to be closed as in that case the version becomes case sensitive.

The release process should check upfront that given release exists in Jira with case sensitivity in place.
