Update antora.yml file with new values for SMT attributes

As part of DBZ-3873 (Extract new top-level menu node for SMTs) the SMT topics were moved from the /configuration folder to a new /transformations folder. As a result, the attribute link references in antora.yml must be updated to refer to the new file locations.
