Consistently order releases from new to old on the website

The cards at the top on https://debezium.io/releases/ go from young to old, but the versions table below goes from old to young. Let's adjust the ordering in the table to also go from young to old.

Also the order of the cards on https://debezium.io/documentation/ should be reversed, so to go from new to old.
