Auto-publish connector configuration

The idea is to add the JSON configuration with all the connector options, driving the Debezium UI, to each connector distribution itself and expose it as a resource via Kafka Connect's REST API. Supposedly, REST resources can be contributed via some SPI implementation.

In terms of the actual generator for the JSON file, let's talk to the Camel folks and learn how they did this for their integration of Debezium.
