Change DBZ kafka image , so its start script can be used on QA Rhel kafka

Rhel kafka image made by DBZ QA is using kafka and kafka connect start scripts, which are based on the ones used by the current DBZ kafka image. With some minor changes it will not be neccesary to have two different scripts and it will be possible to just use a single one.
