Consider snapshot select overrides and column filters during incremental snapshotting

Looking at SignalBasedIncrementalSnapshotChangeEventSource.buildChunkQuery(Table) it currently seems to neither account for snapshot select statement overrides nor filtered columns. Both should be the case, further reducing the conceptual differences between traditional and incremental snapshotting.
