SelectLobParser checks for lowercase "is null" instead of uppercase "IS NULL"

    Description

      In the parseOperator function of SelectLobParser, one of the checks is for the keyword "is" as a part of "is null". However, the SQL I see has it in uppercase like "IS NULL". This leads to a parsing exception.
