Set topic retention at the connector level

I need this feature specifically for the mysql-connector but I assume this would apply for all other connectors too.

Right now, we could set retention either at the Kafka cluster level or the Kafka topic level but I haven't found any documentation describing how to do it at the topic level. It would be super useful if all topics created by a connector can be set by a single configuration parameter at the connector level.
