CDC with sqlserver always on failover

Hi, i have used debezium sqlserver connetor on sqlserver always on cluster with a few months, there was a problem in the production environment, i opened CDC on primary database, and i set ApplicationIntent=ReadOnly in connector configuration, when failover happen, the primary can be second node, but the CDC didn't change to the new primary node, the connector will fail, is there some methods  i can handle the failover? Thank you.
