Validate logical server name contains only alpha-numerical characters

    Description

      As this is used in JMX MBean names, the range of characters must be limited. It is documented (e.g. here), but we should enforce this by means of validation. See RelationaDatabaseConfiguration#SERVER_NAME and related.
