Broken link in content-based routing chapter to page for downloading the SMT scripting archive

The following link to the Software Downloads page to obtain the Debezium scripting SMT archive fails to resolve: https://access.redhat.com/jbossnetwork/restricted/listSoftware.html?product=red.hat.integration&downloadType=distributions.

The error is repeated in the following places:

• Procedure in Section 9.2.1 (Setting up the Debezium content-based-routing SMT)
• Procedure in 9.4.1 (Setting up the Debezium filter SMT)

The URLs in the lins include a closing period ( . ) character, which causes them to fail.
