debezium-ui can be configured with other kafka connector cluster?

i have build a kafka connector already, and now i want to use ui to control the connectors, but when i installed debezium-ui 1.5 by using docker pull debezium/debezium-ui, when i open http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8080 it showed network error:

so could i  configure debezium-ui with current kafka connector instead of localhost:8083?
