    Description

      With the custom DML parser implemented via DBZ-3078, we should phase out the JSimpleParser based implementation after some grace period. Depending on feedback received, we may do this for 1.5.0.Final.

      See OracleValueConverters for a few places that need clean-up in the course of the removal (grep for JSimpleParser in general).
