    Description

      As of DBZ-2495, the Table metadata is derived from the actual CDC tables themselves, i.e. in theory there should never be a mismatch of column position (as stored in the table model) vs. the index in column lists. I.e. is all the complexity around IndicesMapping, ColumnUtils.ColumnArray etc. truly needed, or can this be simplified?
