Swap closing square bracket for curly brace in downstream title annotations

Title annotations in the following files erroneously include a closing square bracket in place of a closing curly brace surrounding the prodname attribute:

• proc-setting-up-the-debezium-content-based-routing-smt.adoc
• proc-setting-up-the-debezium-filter-smt.adoc

The error results in the downstream doc rendering the attribute literal in place of its intended value.

I made the necessary update downstream, but we need the upstream update to ensure that we don't revert the fix in the future.
