Doc format updates for better downstream rendering

In connector doc files and possibly some other files, insert {zwsp} as needed to ensure property names in tables break only at the periods. 

These changes make this doc consistent with downstream doc that we are publishing for the Q3 release. These updates are needed in 1.3. They are not needed in the 1.2 branch. 

Maybe expand this to cover other format updates. Details for the needed updates are in the linked Jira, FUSEDOC-4162.
