We are currently using debezium postgresql connector to export the data to big query. We are facing an issue with some of the timestamps showing up wrongly in the BigQuery. We are not doing any data transformation along the way as far as i'm aware.

The postgresql timestamp reads as:

`2020-07-01 07:25:01.096921`

The registered value in bigquery is

`2020-07-01 07:25:01.969210`
