Update binlog client

The https://github.com/shyiko/mysql-binlog-connector-java project is unmaintained for a year now and officially is labeled as deprecated as of yesterday. There's a recommended fork at https://github.com/osheroff/mysql-binlog-connector-java. We should get in touch with them, check whether it's drop-in compatible and use it probably.
