Avoid divisive language in docs and option names in core connectors

There are concerns that the terms "whitelist" and "blacklist" prolong racial stereotypes. Also they are not as expressive as they could be for our purposes. I therefore suggest to rename the connector options using the two terms into these:
 

• database.include.list
• database.exclude.list
• table.include.list
• table.exclude.list
• column.exclude.list
• field.exclude.list

As desupporting the current option names would be highly disruptive to existing users, they will remain functional until a future version, but only the new option names will be used in documentation, examples etc. Using the old names will cause a WARN message to be logged.

We'll also replace "master/slave" with "primary/replica" when describing DB topologies in the docs and logs.
