Set up CI jobs for JDK 14/15

As we're participating in the OpenJDK Quality Outreach program (https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/quality/Quality+Outreach), we should set up jobs for the latest stable and EA JDK builds. Unlike the regular build for master or PRs, those jobs can run much less frequently, e.g. once daily or even weekly.
