Outbox: Remove eventType field

That way, the configured payload column's value will be the sole Kafka message value by default, and it will be unnested from the current struct. That's the better default behavior.

Update based on the discussion in DBZ-2032: Let's remove the field, users can add it as header or value property if they need. Not explicitly supporting it avoids the issue with not being able to rename it.
