Outbox Quarkus Extension: Allow custom entity mapping for outbox table

    Description

      While the build-time properties allow the application to customize the outbox table structure, it would be be nice to allow the application to provide a custom entity mapping much in the same way that Hibernate Envers allows custom revision entity mappings.

      It would also be great if the extension could move away from the already deprecated Hibernate SPI, AdditionalJaxbMappingProducer contract.
