Unify handling of attributes in EventRouter SMT

Currently the "eventType" attribute is still hard-coded. Instead, it could be retrofitted into an "additional attribute", which can be given in the message body or as a header. It'd default to the message body, as is today. This would allow to "promote" the actual payload to the message level, in case it is the only attribute in the message body.
