    Description

      Currently no datum will be part of ProtoBuf change events in this case, which causes trouble when trying do detect schema version changes. The column should still be emitted in this case, with a special "value missing" value, allowing to handle this case correctly without resorting to the COLUMNS_DIFF_EXCLUDE_UNCHANGED_TOAST schema diff mode.
