Lost precision for timestamp with timezone

I have field defined next:

created_at | timestamp with time zone | | | | plain | |

I tried to use different param time.precision.mode but i still lost precision for timestamp columns.
In database: 2015-06-10 06:26:38.236581+00
In kafka: 2015-06-10T06:26:38.236Z
