Remove deprecated features and configuration options

    Description

      A few deprecated options will removed in Debezium 0.10:

      • remove "drop.deletes" option of unwrap SMT (superseded by "delete.handling.mode" option)
      • remove "rows.fetch.size" option (superseded by "snapshot.fetch.size")
      • remove support for "adaptive" value of "time.precision.mode" option for MySQL (prone to value loss)
      • remove "snapshot.minimal.locks" for MySQL connector (superseded by "snapshot.locking.mode")
