[RHODA][R5][Metrics] Upgrading cluster version not reflected on Metrics

      When the cluster with OSD cluster 4.10.50 with RHODA operator 0.3.0 upgraded to 0.4.0 the details are updated on the metrics as expected. After the RHODA upgrade, cluster version upgraded from 4.10.50 to 4.11, but on the metrics cluster version still marked as 4.10.

      Expecting the cluster version to be updated on the metrics
