Actually CentOS Stream AMI are published and pushed to all regions but without any FedoraGroup tag

From a Fedora initiative to limit the number of "left behind" AMI pushed under the Fedora AWS account (that is the one under which the CentOS Stream AMI are also pushed), they requested that each resource would be using the `FedoraGroup` tag with a value set to something meaningful.

Can you then ensure that newer AMI will be tagged properly , to avoid being deleted by the Fedora infra script ?

For more context, see the whole thread here : https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/infrastructure@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/C6PYZG27AR3YI7ZUO3PTHYVOP5DLGNYO/

PS : reporting it here myself but ideally that would have been done by someone from Fedora, so just playing the MITM role here
