Description

New CentOS Stream 8 cloud images were composed and pushed to https://cloud.centos.org

We just need to upload to one region for x86_64 and aarch64 architecture and then copy to all regions (and give "public" permission on these images)

Then update www.centos.org and wiki with new AMI IDs list
