crwctl olm mode deploys CRW 2.1.1, not 2.2.0

      Using 2.2.0.RC1 version of crwctl:

       /opt/crwctl/bin/crwctl server:start --self-signed-cert --che-operator-image=quay.io/crw/crw-2-rhel8-operator:latest --listr-renderer=verbose -n nboldt-crw-olm -a olm
