Removal of a workspace should delete associated kube resources

In order for workspaces to be ephemeral and to run multiple at a time across a team, workspace resources should be removed when a workspace is deleted. Additionally, kube objects should have a randomized name appended (such as a service), to avoid a conflict when spinning up multiple identical workspaces for debugging. Eg: `petclinic-z6sdf` instead of just `petclinic` for a service.
