Failed to install dependencies in the "Cake PHP" workspace.

Environment:

• tls mode
• ocp cluster 4.3
• quay.io/crw/server-rhel8:2.1-19
• quay.io/crw/devfileregistry-rhel8:2.1-48
• quay.io/crw/pluginregistry-rhel8:2.1-67

Steps to reproduce:

• Create workspace using default "Cake PHP" devfie
• Go inside created workspace and launch the "Install dependencies" command
• Pay attention to the error in the terminal output
