Sometimes Dev Spaces 3.14.0 start workspace page doesn't provide enough additional information when workspace failed to start because of 'Error creating DevWorkspace deployment: Detected unrecoverable event FailedPostStartHook: PostStartHook failed.'.

Steps to reproduce: create workspace using factory URL https://github.com/Sachin-Itagi/che-plugin-registry

Results: there was empty Logs tab and were not enough details in Events tab
