Description of problem:

Oauth2 tokens from previous devspaces version have an empty Provider value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Dashboard -> User Preferences -> Personal Access Tokens tab

Actual results:

if you have some oauth2 tokens migrated from previous version they will have an empty Provider value: 

Expected results:

The Provider field must not be empty and must contain the corresponding git provider name.
