I recently set up a rhdh-bot@redhat.com that is:

• a Google Group (that notifies 3 people when messages are sent to it)
• a GH user (for GH automation)

You could do the same for Dev Spaces and replace my old nickboldt+devstudio-release@gmail.com bot user with one that can be shared & managed by more than one person.
