Verify that devspaces 3.x can be installed from quay.io/devspaces/iib + fast channel + openshift-devpaces namespace using OperatorHub UI

Using https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces/blob/devspaces-3-rhel-8/product/installDevSpacesFromLatestIIB.sh we can install devspaces 3.2/latest or 3.3/next from the fast channel into the openshift-devspaces namespace (rather than openshift-operators) automatically.
