With this update, the Fuse Booster sample project uses the link:https://developers.redhat.com/products/openjdk/overview[Red Hat build of OpenJDK] 11 rather than 8.

Let's update maven-fuse devfile to use java11 instead of java8.
For this we need to update the sample to be working with Java 11.
