Currently, the OpenShift Connector plug-in fails to deploy because of the inability to access the `odo` image in the disconnected environment. There is currently no workaround for this issue.

Description

The "openshift-connector" plugin failed to deploy application because of unable to access the "odo" image on the disconnected environment

Steps to reproduce:

Try to deploy application using the "openshift-connector" plugin
Pay attention to the error in the terminal output https://issues.redhat.com/secure/attachment/12531071/Screenshot%20from%202021-07-21%2016-18-41.png
Go to openshift cluster UI and open deployed application
Pay attention that pod failed to start because of "Back-off pulling image "registry.access.redhat.com/openshiftdo/odo-init-image-rhel7:1.1.3""
