We have similar issue in the upstream: https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/17288.
For testing we can create a deployment on the OpenShift with gogs server (https://gogs.io/) , Also it can improve existed test for checking git + ssh flow. We can avoid the third part service and make test more reliable and productive.
