    Description

      Followup to CRW-740.

      Devfiles should be more consistently formatted with commands numbered in order they should be run.

      If we don't want to encourage deployment to Openshift via commandline (eg., nodeshift or mvn f8) we should remove those commands and instead explain/document how to use openshift connector or other supported workflows.
