Forecast returns dates for previous month

      The OpenShift forecast API is returning data between "2020-12-18" and "2020-12-31", even though today's date is Jan 5th.

      /api/cost-management/v1/forecasts/openshift/infrastructures/all/costs/?limit=31

       

      Likewise, the APIs requests below are returning date between "2020-12-27" and "2020-12-31".

      /api/cost-management/v1/forecasts/openshift/infrastructures/azure/costs/?limit=31

      /api/cost-management/v1/forecasts/aws/costs/?limit=31

       

      Similarly, the Azure forecast API is returning data between "2020-12-22" and "2020-12-31"

      /api/cost-management/v1/forecasts/azure/costs/?limit=31

       

      Note: All other API forecast requests are returning empty data arrays.
