Description

Add forecasts for supplementary cost and infrastructure cost to the forecasts APIs.

Acceptance Criteria

• Adding an OpenShift source with a cost model with infrastructure and supplementary costs yields a forecast with terms for infrastructure, supplementary, and cost in the forecasts API.
• All other sources have infrastructure and cost forecasts.
