When we change currency on AWS Overview page, the currency is not updated unless you change also cost type (Show cost as) or refresh the page.  In the ui console, it is apparent that there is no new api request after the change of currency in currency dropdown. It seems that AWS Overview is the only page affected by this issues -> currency selection works fine for all other Overview perspectives, on all Details pages and for all perspectives on Cost Explorer pages.

Steps to reproduce:

stage env, cost-demo user

1. go to cost-mgmt Overview page
2. try to change currency for Openshift view -> the page reloads with updated currency (expected)
3. click on Infrastructure -> select "Amazon Web Services" perspective
4. try to change the currency -> nothing happens (unexpected)
5. refresh the page -> page will reload with updated currency
