Collect the volume unique identifiers from the csi_volume_handle metric from the CSI based storage classes. We have confirmed that this metric will contain the unique resource id for the volume disks for the following cloud providers:

• Microsoft Azure
• Google Cloud Platform
• Amazon Web Service
